The majority of our volunteers come from partnering non-profit organizations on national, regional and local levels. Nearly 200 volunteers are needed to stage this event, and opportunities are available in a number of positions including registration check-in at the Race Expo, course monitors, wine glass distribution, bag check, recovery tent and medical support.

Community Partner – Santa Ynez Valley Union High School
Santa Ynez Valley Union High School students, staff and its boosters are the primary provider of event volunteers. They receive a contribution from each race entry plus additional contributions per each volunteer provided. To sign as a volunteer please email Jennifer Rasmussen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
